Welcome to Sensory Kidz OT (Occupational Therapy) Services!

Kids learn through using their senses and by doing; for some this comes easily, but for others it can be more of a challenge. SensoryKidz OT is a therapy provider for children who are having difficulties in one or more areas of their daily life.
Sensory Kidz OT offer sensory assessments and a sensory diet, or a block of therapy intervention or support in the home, pre-school or school environment. We can help with fine motor, perceptual and independence skills, with sensory processing or feeding difficulties or with picky eating.
Sensory Kidz is based in Titirangi, West Auckland, but therapy sessions and assessments can take place in the child's home, school, daycare or kindy environment.

Services
We are able to offer assessment in the following developmental skills: sensory processing, motor planning, fine motor, visual perceptual, play, pre-writing/ handwriting, daily living and self-cares including toilet training.
Interventions can include coaching, task analysis & strategies, personalised home or pre-school/school programmes, school visits and liaison with school staff, sensory diet, or adaptive equipment.
Our service is aimed at children aged 0-16 years who have a range of physical, neurological and/or developmental needs

Prices
Initial Assessment 1-2 hours $120 p/hr plus GST
Individual Therapy Session 45/60 mins $90/$120 plus GST
Report/Home Programme Writing $120 plus GST
Our People
Clare Molloy, Occupational Therapist
Clare Molloy, is a New Zealand trained and registered Occupational Therapist with more than 21 years experience in Paediatrics. She has completed training in Sensory Integration theory and Practice, Gwen Wild's Brainworks Model of treatment provision and in the Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Feeding approach/ She is an Accessable accredited assessor in Personal Care, Seating, Lying (24 hour postural management) and Complex Housing. Her passion is working with children and their families to overcome sensory challenges they may face in what can often be an overwhelming and complex sensory world!
